CANCELLATIONS:  In the event that you must cancel an appointment, 24 hours notice is required.  While circumstances will be taken into consideration, Ginkgo Acupuncture reserves the right to charge the full fee for appointments not canceled with 24 hours notice.

INSURANCE:  Ginkgo Acupuncture does not currently accept insurance.  However, if your insurance provider covers acupuncture, you will be provided with a receipt containing all of the pertinent  information that you may submit for direct reimbursment of the amount covered.

Fees and policies:

Initial Acupuncture Consultation and Treatment:      $125

Follow-up Acupuncture Treatments:     $85

Facial Rejuvenation Treatment:     $125

Payments may be made via master card, visa, check or cash.
